  • In case of high order volume, processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.

We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order through our courier partner's website.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

7. Undelivered & Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts, we may issue a partial refund excluding the shipping cost.
